Extremely firm bloated belly 13dpo

Hello,

I am 13dpo, period due tomorrow and my belly is SO bloated and also very firm/hard! I do bloat pre-period, but never this badly. Ridiculously sore boobs also, too scared to test until after AF is due as don't want a BFN to bring me down. Anyone had this symptom and had a BFP?

@carsty Are you in the same boat? I'm 6dpo and the bloat is horrible I'm beginning to think something is wrong! On the verge of a little cry tonight

Hi @Butterfly2000 , its difficult for me to say as I have ibs which causes a lot of symptoms similar to pms/af/pregnancy and bloating is a prominent issue ive had for a while now. Sorry to hear about your pains, how is it now. Perhaps a bit of exercise, more fluids and fiber as well as ginger or peppermint tea might help with the bloating.

@carsty Thanks for your reply. I'm still bloated, it eases of a little then gets worse. I thought about ibs but haven't any of those sort of cramps. Just pulling, a bit of back and groin pain and a groin a stitch like feeling especially when sitting. I'll keep on with the mint tea. I'm 9dpo so still a bit of a wait for AF/bfp. Have you had a bfp?
