Really sore nipples after end of my period???

Hey all,

I am not sure if I am writing this in the right section but was not sure where else to ask.
As I mentioned in the title for the past few days I have had really sore nipples that are not normal at all for me. They are sore to touch and when fabric touches them. Wearing a bra is impossible and even more sports bras are irritating. Also just my boobs in general have been sore and achy. I feel like I constantly need to wear a bra but that hurts aswell.
This is never something I have had before and so not sure what to make of it
To go alongside this, my last cycle was longer than normal I am normally between 21 & 28 days but last cycle was 32 and my period was incredibly short and a lot lighter than normal.
My AF has been a little all over the place since I came of off the pill but it always fell within the 21-28 day cycle range.
It might sound silly but any advice on what it could be and what I should do next would be greatly appreciated.

I also wanted to add the fact that I gave had an increase of discharge and it's egg-white. I even had it on my very short AF. It constantly feels like I have wet myself 🤣 but when I check it's litrelly just discharge.

Could you be pregnant? Sore boobs and nipples were the earliest sign for me. Hope you get it figured out!

Oh I did not even think about that. I just thought it was my hormones bring all over the place with my MH being a little all over the place.
I also had my first smeer test last month and so wondered if that might of had an impact
We did DTD around my ovulation date but I am not 100% sure of when as my old phone broke last week and I have not been able to afford a new iphone to access the data. So just using one of my partners old phones. I will see how this weekend goes and if it has not got better I shall buy a test and contact my doctor's

Funnily enough I got pregnant just after having a smear test! Increased discharge was also a pregnancy symptom for me so it’s definitely worth doing a test 😊

Ah okay then. I have to pop into town tomorrow and so I shall pick up some tests then.

We were trying for a while earlier this year but personal things got in the way. So we put that plan on the back burner for the moment.
So this would be a happy accident if I was.

Not going to get my hopes up though and will see how things go.
