Hey everyone,
Last week I was supposed to ovulate, I got a positive LH, EWM and raised cervix but then I got the flu and was throwing up for two days. Since then my body temps have been super low, even lower than they normally are before ovulation so I assume I didn’t ovulate. I’m not sure what’s going on but if this has happened to anyone else did your ovulation just get delayed and you ovulated again or did you get your period first? Also any tips to get my temps back up? Thanks so much for any help!
