Hoping for a BFP in July

So thought I'd start a new thread for anyone who's hoping for a July BFP. My AF showed up today a week early after getting loads of pregnancy symptoms 🥲 think my body is still out of sync after my miscarriage in April.

So let's stay positive for a July BFP 🥰

@My2boysaremyworld morning!! How are you today? The feelings were just like mild cramping / shooting pains but they weren't really painful at all I could just feel them but they've gone now. No other symptoms! I have had a drop in temperature this morning which could signal an implantation dip but non pregnant women get them too but just more common on pregnant charts. Any more symptoms for you? Xx

I've had a temperature dip too @Angie2018 natural cycles now back saying high fertility 🤷🏻‍♀️ so confused. I feel a bit sickie this morning though but not sure if it's related 🙈 xx

@hevann hey!! How are you doing? Oh that sounds super confusing.... has it confirmed ovulation yet? Can you post your chart? The only thing I can think of is that if the app hasn't confirmed ovulation it may now think you are ovulating? Very odd! I hope my temp goes back up tomo or I'm defo out xx

It hasn't confirmed it yet so that would actually make sense. Although natural cycles has been interesting to do this month it's been highly confusing 🤣

@hevann yeah just looking at that, it's because ovulation hasn't been confirmed yet. And it's because your temp drop and rise was a bit minimal that it's struggling to confirm it as it is only an algorithm. I still think ovulation was day 12 for you & did you have a dodgy night sleep or anything and maybe one of those temps around ovulation was off? I've found it easy but I do think I've been lucky this month. Also your dip looks quite considerable below the average line? Are you taking It at the same time etc? I had all the signs yesterday that I was ov or will today, had back ache, ewcm, temp rise this morning so we bd last night, used the fertilily so really hoping that we have caught it!!!

@TheHC what dpo are you? A temp drop may or may not mean anything... basically regardless of pregnancy we have a second estrogen surge mid way through our luteal phase anyway... BUT there is evidence to suggest that temp drops for one day "implantation dip" occur more on charts where women have conceived than not. I think it's about 11% of dips are found on non pregnant charts and 23% are found on pregnant charts. I think they think it's to do with if you have conceived then the estrogen surge is bigger 🤞🏻 but it isn't overly reliable as it can happen if you aren't pregnant xx

Also implantation dips only last a day. So if temp doesn't rise again tomo I don't think it means anything. Infact if temps start to drop permanently it's a sign of reducing hormones and not being pregnant xx

@Angie2018 maybe I'm measuring wrong! Lol! I've been sleeping the same. I do always wake up between 3-4 everyday for about 10mins then go back to sleep. Then I take my temp around the same time 6-6.30 when I wake up. Who knows, we'll find out in a few days I guess. xx

@hevann no that sounds similar to what I do so don't think you are doing it wrong. Maybe your temps are just more borderline and the algorithm in the app is struggling to recognise it! Xx

I am shattered and had strange dreams. My life/work is crazy busy so often tired but can usually shake it off but today is another level despite an early night.

Trying not to read anything into it....

@TheHC normally the implantation dip / second estrogen surge happens days 7/8 dpo, so maybe slightly early however anything can happen!! Also it's not abnormal for temp fluctuations I guess. Why is this so hard 🤣

@My2boysaremyworld that's not always a bad thing though!! I just hope I get a temp rise tomo or il be out & devo. I guess il be able to mentally accept I am out xx

@Angie2018 i had positive ovulation teats on Thursday and Friday last week so not quite at day 6. Given I'm normally tired I'll put it down to that. Now I am reading into things, I do have a big appetite but yesterday and today I could just eat all day!
