Have I left it far too late?

Anyone conceived naturally at 44? Or am I living in fantasy land?

Conceived our first DD at 39. Gave birth two weeks after turning 40...took 7/8 months to conceive.

We have been trying on and off for about 7 months..but worried it's too late to try for number 2...

44 brings lots of risks.

I conceived my one year old twin girls at 43 and had them a month before my 44th birthday. I also have a 2 year old daughter who wasn't planned. I fell pregnant when she was 4 month old but we miscarried but only took 2 month trying with the twins. I used an Ava and got pregnant the first month using it along with loads of vitamins and minerals and the fertility cup. I don't think you've left it too late I know the risks are greater but I didn't have any extra tests it wasn't something I wanted.

Ava is a fertility tracker you wear it like a smart watch and it tracks your temperature etc and pin points ovulation. They are expensive but I bought mine on eBay and made my money back on it. I used vitamin d, omega fish oils calc fleur and a few other minerals. If you go on the ttc threads they are really helpful with what vitamins and minerals to use. The fertility cup is good I just used a menstruation cup. I also did the sperm meets egg method although the month I got pregnant my partner had a bad back so only managed it in the day that Ava said was my most fertile and it worked x
