Am I pregnant? PCOS and faint lines!

Hi all,

Here’s my situation.

I’m 21, married and thinking about baby number one. Came off mini pill 10 months ago. Had my first bleed since coming off 37 days ago. Weird bleed, where I bled for 4 days, stopped for few, then again for a week. It was pretty bizarre, much heavier than usual for me, although I’m super light (from memory as last one was a few years ago).

17 days ago, had a dream (I know..) that I was pregnant, and then tested the following morning, and got a faint line on both (one step strips).

Then went a bit obsessive, and kept testing! Got lots of faint lines. Last week, went to GP, and she said “Yep, you’re pregnant. Based off my last period, she said I was 4wks, 3days ish.

Have kept testing since then, and lines are still there but still as faint as they were. I’ve had nausea, severe fatigue, and food aversions. I’ve also got a hard swelling where I think my uterus is. Breast changes, headaches too.

See attached pics of my Clearblue standard tests from the last 3 days. What do you lovely ladies think?

I think you've opened them & exposed them to air so are now void. Try a FRER

If you got your first faint lines 16 days ago, I'd expect the tests now to be a lot darker, or am I misunderstanding?

I know pregnancy tests do not show how pregnant you are but they're very faint to say you got your first positive 16 days ago. Hope it works out well!

I got very similar lines with my first tests and still the same a week later! Not sure if I’m pregnant or just a strange few tests, very stressful

I am not sure what you want to hear - if your GP confirmed your pregnancy, then I think it is safe to say you are? If you want reassurance you can ask for getting your hcg levels tested in 48h intervals .
