Hi so I had my first period bang on 4 weeks after my miscarriage. Was heavier than normal but not too painful. Iv been getting full cramps since Friday on and off and not sure what they are? DTD day after I finished my period. Could I be ovulating early or is it just normal cramps expected after my first period? TIA x

Ovulation could be a little earlier but your cramps are likely from your uterus settling back and generally undergoing the shrinking process which can take a few weeks, depending on how far along you were. Be grateful for small mercies, such as your period being on time, not having retained tissue and not suffering and infection. And try again 🤗 sending you love and light xxx
