Did you have cramping on the run up/during? Was it better or worse than before?

Heavier or lighter than before?

Longer or shorter?

I'm still waiting for mine, 11 months in, but my baby has slept through the night for 2 weeks now, down to morning and bedtime feed only, would like to start trying for no.2!

Mine always return at exactly 5 weeks post delivery though I exclusively breast feed and are very heavy and a couple of days longer for the first six months.

Some women need to stop feeding all together for periods to return. If yours don’t soon then perhaps this would apply to you also.

@Daydreamsinsantafe yes maybe, I've been getting cramps recently so was wondering if it would happen at some point in the next few weeks

Mine came back when DD started solids after EBF, and it wasn't as bad as i had feared.

After myvsecond baby l, first one was ok. Second one not long after was awful. Painful and heavy. I don't remember it being so bad after my first though.
