CD11 today and normally my cycle lengths are between 27-29 days.

Mine due end of this week, this time i am waiting to see if my period arrives before taking a test as I get so excited taking a test and then its negative so going to wait it out and not put emphasis on the test :)

@blueberryface last month I had a solid smiley for two days, so I would have thought so?
This month im on cycle day 22 and have had 8 days of flashing smileys! My partner has been away since last Wednesday, so no hope for me this month ☹️

Yes I'm waiting to test. When I got pregnant with baby that made it here I didn't get a positive until two days late, so even on CD27 I got a negative PGT. My period is also due on Friday.

@Blueberryface well…we’ve not used contraception for probably 9 years! But actively trying for number 2 on and off for about 2-3 years…I probably should see a specialist but like things natural! I feel like at 38 it’s now or never though and the reality is that DD will be 6 by the time we have another so I’m also starting to worry that the age gap is too big.

all these things we find to worry about eh?

@Blueberryface thank you!!! I’m utterly shocked! I came off the pill ten years ago and this is only the second time I’ve conceived!! I really thought I was barren and my husband had confused sperm!!!

I'll be testing on Wednesday if AF doesn't show up before then. I'm absolutely knackered which was my first symptom with DD, but I've had a shocker of a week so it might just be that.

AF is due tomorrow, and I've just done a negative first response. Boooooo. Anyone want to join my pity party?

Oh totally fine, thank you! This is only cycle one, and I just have unrealistic expectations as DD was conceived at first attempt!

@Honaloulou haha I know the feeling! Our society definitely teaches that the slightest mishap will definitely result in pregnancy when we are young….and it gives unrealistic expectations when we actually do want a conceive!
