Can you implant at dpo 14?

Hi ladies, I’m in my 2ww but have been having my normal cramps as AF gets set to arrive 😢 I thought my period had arrived this morning but was just some spotting. Is it too late for implantation bleeding at DPO 14 ??

I found that period cramps and cramps due to your uterus expanding exactly the same around time AF is due. I was pregnant for the first time back in January (had a MC) but the days leading up to AF cramps were exactly the same was convinced it was coming and that I wasn't pregnant ... until AF never arrived. So don't count it out just yet
