2nd cycle, last cycle ended in chemical

Hi,

Just wondering if there was anyone else out there in similar position to have a bit of support.

2nd cycle TTC baby no 2, last month first time trying for baby no 2 and it ended in chemical at 5 weeks. Was gutted really tried using OPK's and got the digital positive so never even really thought a chemical pregnancy would happen tbh i never even knew what they were before it happened. Just of it chemicals are when you miscarry before 6 weeks from what dr google tells me! I done 7 FRER's and x2 clear blue digitals all positive so i felt so sad when i started bleeding and test went negative next day. So this cycle i never even bothered with OPK's but due my period in the next few days and i'm certain im pregnant again but just terrified to test early ever again 🤦🏽‍♀️

Hey! I am exactly the same currently ttc baby 2 and had a chemical last month. It was only when I realised how upset I was just how much i wanted it. I am in the same position of not wanting to test again and feeling like it wont happen. I so want my baby to have a sibling (whilst feeling so lucky we have her)

I'm in the same position. Cycle 2, TTC number 2, last month ended in a chemical after having faint lines on multiple tests.
Currently 3dpo and nervous to test early again too. Wishing you lots of luck. Do you know when you are planning to test?

I, too, had a CP in my last cycle. Granted it was much sooner than 5 weeks, but I understand the heartbreak all the same. I'm 10DPO today and have test sticks coming today, though am too scared to test! Hoping for BFPs for both of us xx

@Hjudge56 I'm thinking around then too. Although something strange has happened, I continued using OPKs after my peak and they went to very low/faint, and I have just taken one and it's almost positive. Maybe I didn't ovulate the first time?

@Bananas52 how interesting! I have heard of people getting false positives on OPK! I would DTD just in case!
