I had a very early miscarriage last month.
This month at 19dpo I got a +opk, lots of ewcm, and ovulation cramping.
The cramping disappeared, cm turned white and scant, opk went back to negative...and then the same at 21dpo. Blazing positive opk, cramping, spotting and ewcm.
Again it subsided...
And it's happening again.

Has this happened to anyone else?
I know it's possible to O twice in a cycle (happened to a friend who had twins after hyperovulating two days apart) but this is extreme.

No, but I had an early MC in early March, followed by a 30 day cycle (which I only started tracking around CD21 so no idea whether I actually ovulated or not, then this cycle, which I’ve been tracking with OPKs most of the way through, I’ve had a couple of days when OPKs get up to 0.3 or 0.4 (so still nowhere near ovulation) then drop back down to low teens. Frustrating! I just want to know what’s happening 😩

Opk only measures the hormone which triggers ovulation. You can't actually ovulate repeatedly. What happens is your body gears up for ovulation, you get cervical mucus changes, strong opks etc... And then it doesn't happen for some reason. Your body then tries again. Then only way to confirm ovulation is by temperature charting - ovulation sticks confirm you are ABOUT to ovulate, but they don't actually confirm ovulation had occured.
