Holidays whilst TTC/Pregnancy’s Zika virus 2022

I have been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. Life has been very much on hold.

we are trying to plan an exciting holiday and I hVe been searching high and low on Zika virus.

it come out in 2016 and has declined since, so I understand but is it still a concearn in 2022?

im looking more for what you did during your TTC and pregnancy’s?

I have looked into Zanzibar in Tanzina. The FDO site does not state it’s a risk and the CDC states mosquitos but no Zika cases.

I have seen lots of pregnancy pics in Places marked as Zika whilst stalking Instagram but still can’t decide.

so what did you do?

Interested in this too. I'm 16w and planning a holiday in a few weeks. Had ruled out anywhere with a Zika risk but there are so many!

We had this dilemma for our honeymoon and we ended up switching from Sri Lanka + Maldives to Mauritius as there was no zika there (this was 2019 so not sure of the position since then?) We had a lovely honeymoon in Mauritius so definitely worth considering if its still zika free!
