Ttc very short cycles/luteal phase after early miscarriage

Hi everyone, i have been trying to conceive since October when I had my miscarriage at 9 weeks. I know it isn’t a long time but I am worried that since my miscarriage my periods seem to be so early, although regular since 4 weeks after the loss. I have gone from a 28 to 21 day cycle so for roughly two weeks each month I am on a 7 day long period which is exhausting. The cycles are the same as they used to be just showing up a lot earlier. Has anyone had this? I know on some threads here women have suggested angus cactus for luteal phase lengthening. I will try that. Is there anything else to try? Is it worth telling my GP? It is worrying especially as I conceived very quickly twice before with my 28 day cycles. For reference I am 32. I have even tried completely cutting out sugar from my diet. My ovulation is regular as I have checked for a few cycles, it always day 14. Thanks for reading.

Hi, i am so sorry for your loss. I am with you, my cycles have been 23 days long for the past 2 years, they used to be 26 days before i had dc1! I only realised that when we started trying for the second and currently on month 5 with no luck. I normally get peak opk on cd12 so my LP isn't great. I started taking vitamin c, vitamin b6 and seven seas as remembered that extended my cycle when we were trying for our 1st. I remember i was annoyed then and stopped the seven seas. I see no difference so far, i too wonder whether to speak to the GP but doubt they would pay attention to me as i already have 1 child.

@Kitty901 Thanks for replying, thats interesting about the supplements, I just bought some b6 i will try just these and the angus cactus for one month and see what happens. I have had general bloods taken and everything was normal after the miscarriage though. I guess we’ve gotta keep trying although my OH has commented that I always seem to be on my period ha
