TTC after mirena removal from outside my uterus

I found out my coil was in my tummy ans outside my uterus back in December and had it removed as surgery.

We are TTC no. 3 and about to head into cycle. 4 of properly trying. Ive OPKs last 2 cycles and seem to be ovulating at CD20/21 giving me a 8 or 9 leutal phase before spotting and period starting around CD29 or 30. No sure if this is short/ normal for me anyway.

1st two babies conceived quickly so not sure if more patience is needed or something is amiss.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Or even going through this now?

Hi, I m also trying to conceive after removing mirena. I had mine for five years and after removal also have short luteal phase and my doc gave me progesterone pills. I m trying already 7 months and I m litlle desperete already..
Also have 2 kids concived from first trying but now nothing.. Ive done hsg and everything seemd to be ok. Also my hormones are ok according to doctor but I personaly think that they have been little low.
