Hi,

What vitamins would you recommend for men with low sperm count/motility? Any success stories using maca root, fenugreek and ashwaghanda please? Do you take all 3 of them alongside the other vitamins, or is it just one or the other?

My partner is currently taking:

*CoQ10 - 300mg (+ vit c 150mg, vit e 15mg)
*Vitamin C - 1000mg (+ rosehip 20mg)
*Vitamin D3 - 2000 IU
*Zeta West men fertility tablets containing:
Vit D3 - 25ug
Vit E - 100mg
Vit C - 100mg
Vit B6 - 10mg
Folate - 400ug
Vit B12 - 20ug
Zinc - 25mg
Selenium - 100ug
L-arginine - 100mg
L-carnitine - 100mg
Taurine - 100mg
Coenzyme Q10 - 30mg

Thanks for reading, any advice greatly appreciated x

We had success twice with us both taking proxeed.

We had unexplained infertility but some of DH's results were a bit boarderline.

My DH had low motility (but good count). He took a sachet supplement called Gametix (think it's French and includes all the stuff you've already listed) plus added coq10, vitamin C, ashwagandha and ate lots of Brazil nuts and walnuts (and generally followed a strict healthy diet). He saw significant improvements in both count and motility after 6 weeks.

It was recommended to us by our fertility doctor to use while we waited for our IVF round.

The packet said use for 4 months or until pregnant.

I fell pregnant twice on month 4 of using it.
