Heart palpitations early pregnancy symptom? 😬

Hi, I'm currently 8dpo and the last few days my hearts been fluttering/beating irregularly? Every so often throughout the day. I never get this but I think I got my first faint positive today but I'll keep testing to make sure because I'm not 100% certain it's positive atm. Apart from tender/swollen boobs I haven't had any other symptoms.. Its only just occurred to me now that maybe the heart fluttering could be one but has anyone else experienced this and is it bad news if so?

My Gp noticed I had a slightly irregular heart beat when I was 4-5 weeks and they did tests, was just one of these things but it caused palpitations later during pregnancy, in relation to the increased blood volume. But I’d not imagine you’d have a large increase in blood that early on. But sounds likely if you’ve had a faint positive?
