First month using OPKs and I'm breastfeeding so struggling to pinpoint ovulation!

It's CD15 for me.

The first two strips are yesterday and the bottom two are first thing this morning and just now.

Would you say my LH Surge is building here but not yet hit the peak?

Its building but nowhere near the peak yet - keep testing and start TTCing!

It's now gone completely. I'm so confused!

Doesn't seem you are near peak yet, however sometimes people get very rapid increase - from low to peak in a day, so keep testing. Personally I'd recommend easy at home tests, I find them showing much clearer lines than they ones on the photo. I started with the ones that you use but then switched to easy at home strips.
