Hi 😊

I have been TTC babe no 2 for coming up to 18 months now.
I caught quickly from first pregnancy, but I had a traumatic birth. She was a forceps delivery then I had a manual removal of the placenta.

I have called the gp but they wanted to send my husband to have a seaman test (I can't spell for shite) but I am concerned that there has been damage been done to me. I heavily hemorrhaged and the whole experience was traumatic and I am wondering if anyone has sucess stories from having a manual removal or if other has struggled TTC? I am having regular periods (except for when I had covid jab) and I am bewildered. I am going to call DRs on Monday because I am driving myself insane.

Any stories would be most appreciated.

Thank you xx

I had a forcepts delivery after 18 hour labour, then a massive bleed like yourself and manual removal and l conceived again without any issues, labour was competely different second time around, much quicker and straight forward which was a huge relief.
Good luck to you.

I had manual removal of placenta after my first rather horrendous birth. I went on to have several more children, although no.2 did take longer than the others to conceive. I hadn't really thought it was connected to the 1st birth though 🤷‍♀️

Try not to worry, I'm sorry everything is ok, but docs will advise if you're worried I'm sure Thanks
