Is testing at 9DPO a waste of time?

I tested positive with my first at 9DPO, it was quite a strong line too! I have a short LP so always tested at 9DPO. Fingers crossed!! xx

I think it is. If you’re pregnant you’re either not yet going to be registering a positive, be on course to a chemical, or will still be positive and still pregnant in a few days time. Only one of those is the outcome you want, so why test early?

I don't think it's massively pointless, I've gotten a BFP at 9dpo 😊

I got my faint positive with DS at 9dpo with first morning urine

Okay well that settles it, I’m testing tomorrow (and every day thereafter…) then! 🤣 Thanks ladies. Third cycle lucky hopefully 🤞🏻

I got an extremely faint bfp with dd2 at 9dpo x

Graceybaby · 24/03/2022 11:35

Good luck!! Let us know how it goes! :)

I think if testing puts your mind at ease then why not?

I'd rather test and see a BFN then spend all day thinking 'what if it's postive?'

xxx

I had a positive 9DPO

eatyourcrustspls · 24/03/2022 12:15

I've had positives at 9dpo. One was a chemical, the other is in my arms now Smile
