Does it mean for sure I'm pregnant ? Dh and I had a condom problem but I took the MAP less than 12 hours after...my periods are due in 2 days but I have a feint positive on a tesco pg test...am I pregnant ???

I have done the test, it shows negative at first..then I looked at it again to make sure and there is another line !

and very bad luck having a condom failure and MAP failure.

Is there someone for you to talk to, on your own? Of course your dh is allowed his own opinion, but this is a decision that you need to make, and you need to be 100% sure.

Oh sweetie, I had a MAP failure last december, I lost the baby though. I took it within 7 hours and thought I would be ok. I will never take it again. I hope you are ok [hug]

spk - does taking the MAP increase the chances of complications? Although I know many mumsnetters have gone on to have healthy babies having taken the MAP.

I'm wondering Summerfruit if you should make an appointment with your GP.

Darling I just knew by your posting style, I have you on my list of favourite Mumsnetters, and think about you often!

I am here and listening if you want to talk, there are lots of us who love you xxx

It can increase the chance of an etopic pregnancy, which is what I had, mine self-resolved though, so didn't need surgery.

SF I would make an urgent appointment tomorrow to see the GP because of the higher chance of having an etopic.

exactly the same thing happened to me when i was 14...... we just thought that ds was really meant to be.

only you know your own situation, but imo going from 1 child to having 2 children is a lot harder than going from 2 to 3, and you are already in " baby mode" so to speak. I have 5 dc and some small age gaps (15 months, 17 months)

I don't have any experience with depression, so can't help with that.

lots of luck coming to the best decision for you x

No it wasn't bad spelling, just the way you speak, it is kind of poetic! I like it very much

(Sorry if I shouldn't have guessed)

We will be here for you and support you whatever you decide. You were very supportive to me when we were both at the end of our pregnanices, I haven't forgotten. I hope you can find an answer to your dilemmma...
