today 17th March is the last day of my period and me and my fiance bd twice my fertile window starts on 24th march which is only a week away is there a chance I could get pregnant on the last day of my cycle

Unlikely. First day of period is cycle day 1. Ovulation is usually cycle day 12-18. Sperm lives for up to 5 days. So unlikely to still be living when you ovulate
