Has anyone had permanently pointy nips as a pregnancy symptom?! I have no other breast changes at all - just the nips! My nipples are definitely doing something different but the rest of my boobs - including the areolas which are completely normal (my areolas changed one I was pregnant with DD1 and this happened at about 3 weeks and is how I knew I was preggers).
