5DPO - aiming to get to 12DPO. Who am I kidding!!

Hello lovely ladies.
A little about me.
Im 41 TTC number 2. Cycle 3. DC is just over 3.
We got lucky for DC 1 and fell pregnant cycle 1. Although had been off BC for 18 months so the app knew my cycle really well.
I’ve been using OPK’s this month and got my peak cycle day 12. We DTD day 10 and 12 which wasn’t as much as I hoped but better than nothing.
Last month I started tested 7DPO and went through far too many tests so now I have none
Not going to order any until Friday ready to test Saturday or Sunday (11/12DPO)
Likely to cave earlier though

But me and my partner dtd 6 days b4 and 2 days after so unless miracles can happens 😬 🤞🤞
This is my first ovulation in 11 months I have never had the stress of a TWW b4 and I don’t think I like it haha x

Well done! I'm trying to hold out until next Thursday the will be 14dpo as I was thinking the same. I have had cramps for a couple of days too also had a very dry mouth but I feel like normally I wouldn't notice like my brains playing tricks on me 🤦‍♀️

@Manifest2022I still haven’t ordered any tests so really trying to wait as long as possible. Was going to test Sunday but now thinking maybe Thursday. My cramps have gone but my boobs hurt yesterday and today. Who knows what’s going on. Just don’t want to test too early and get my hopes up and then be disappointed a couple of days later. Just want to do one test this month and get a definitive answer if that makes any sense?

@TiredbutTrying41 Thats good going I do have some in the house but it is very tempting I'm 8dpo today wanted to wait until 14dpo.

@Manifest2022 I’ve just ordered do frer to arrive tomorrow so test Sunday morning. Will be 12 dpo then!!!

@TiredbutTrying41 congratulations! That's a very good line! I have caved and took a test this morning at 10dpo as the OH has gone out and left me to my own devices haha just waiting on the 5 minute timer but not getting my hopes up x

It was a bfn but I will now wait for Thursday and see what's going on x

@Manifest2022 I caved yesterday on a cheapie test and sure I could see shadow but they weren’t early ones. I’ve ordered a clear blue weeks one to take end of next week before I call the doctors.
I’m going from excited to wondering what the hell im doing haha.
Let me know how you get on. 10dpo is still early so if not positive you’re still not out!

I have had a slight belly ache all week but today is a lot worse.
I don't normally suffer with belly ache but also haven't ovulated for a long time so I'm not sure what to think. X

@Manifest2022 my boobs are killing and I’m a bit crampy. Did a digital yesterday. One of those pregnant/not pregnant which took ages to come up but did say pregnant. This mornings test no darker than yesterdays so stressing a bit but I’m still only 13dpo
When will you test again? Thursday? Will be sending positive thoughts! X

@TiredbutTrying41 aww it's such a scary time isn't it.
Yes not testing until Thursday I have ordered some first response they should be arriving Wednesday so should be able to hold out to the next morning if af doesn't arrive with this belly ache x

@TiredbutTrying41 A bfn for me this morning! I was expecting it but now I'm wondering if my af doesn't arrive if I even ovulated 🤦‍♀️ so I'm just hoping that arrives soon! Hope your ok? X

Have you tried the OPK’s. I used the clearblue ones and they’re really good.
I’m doing ok, a little obsessive over line progression but I’m sure all is ok.

@TiredbutTrying41 I can't use them as I have pcos they give false reading or something like that. Aww sending positive thoughts hope you have a good pregnancy xx

I have polycystic ovaries too and they worked well for me. Maybe worth a try? Thanks for your well wishes will keep my fingers crossed for you xx

@TiredbutTrying41 still negative and still no period 🤦‍♀️ I have messaged ovusense to see if it could of been a false confirmation but they believe it is so time will tell. How are you? X
