Any experience of implantation bleeding vs period?

Hiya, I’m now confused! My periods are pretty regular 27/28 day cycles. Last month DTD and all my early pregnancy tests were negative and then AF came right on schedule. One heavy day and then day two was very light and then It disappeared! Normally it’s at least 3 days but generally 4.

It arrived right on AF time so it just just be a short period right? Or is it implantation?

Test still negative.

I feel like it must be too late for implantation?

I mean…..negative pregnancy tests and period bang on time means you’re probably not pregnant. I could be wrong but that’s the most likely outcome. You could always take another test if you’re not sure.

I'm 8 days late, 3 negative pregnancy tests... what does this mean?

Oh well I was being hopeful I’ll test in a few more days to be sure, as if it was implantation I wouldn’t be able to test yet.

I did read that it can happen up to 14 days after ovulation which would put me in that window.

Any other ideas for such a short period?

My implantation bleed was a week or so 'early' for a period and was really light and then disappeared after 3-4 days. I did not realise it was an implantation bleed at the time. He's 11 now!

I had it almost 2 weeks before I was due. I think you're right, it would be too late for implantation bleeding? Only time will tell. Hope you get the result you want soon.

Mine was around the time my period was due but was one wipe of red when I went to the toilet followed by a couple of days light brown spotting.
If you had a heavy day it was probably your period.
