Faint positive pregnancy and ovulation tests

2 days ago I had faint positive pregnancy tests. I had no more pregnancy tests so have done an ovulation test and that is positive. Could I be pregnant? I have read that ovulation tests can detect pregnancy and I am definitely not ovulating.

The pregnancy tests look positive. The ovulation test isn't really going to tell you anything because they can look like that before your period too.
