Could I be pregnant with PCOS? I had a negative test but can't shake the feeling

I'm just looking for any advice that people may have about this...
I have PCOS so always had irregular periods (so I'm assuming irregular ovulation too), but when I got my implant removed in August my periods went back to being quite regular from October. I started on October 5th, then November 5th, but then had a long cycle and didnt have another until Dec 18th. I then had my last period on Jan 22nd. So a lot more regular than normal.
I am trying to conceive so I have not been using any protection, and I had sex around my predicted ovulation window on Feb 4th. I've not had my period since then, and it was predicted on Feb 24th by my Apple watch. I have had no symptoms of my period either which is strange because I usually get pretty bad cramping the day before and day of. I took a test on the 24th (was excited lol) and it was negative, then another yesterday on the 26th and it was still negative. Not even a faint line.
I woke up this morning and when i went to the bathroom I noticed brown discharge when I wiped, but since I've had no cramps I thought this was a bit weird.
I do have PCOS so don't want to get my hopes up but could this be an early pregnancy symptom? Maybe I tested too early? I'm 25 if that makes any difference lol

If your cycles are irregular there’s no way to know when you actually ovulated. Could have been later than you thought and therefore if you were pregnant it wouldn’t show on a test yet. Or it’s possible you haven’t ovulated yet. It’s quite common from what I’ve heard to have three good cycles coming off BC before becoming more irregular again with PCOS. Have you considered temping/LH sticks so you can be certain if and when you ovulate?

Hi there, I have pcos and I’ve been ttc for nearly 2 years now. I am 23 and my periods would have came early or on time. My last period was 14th September and I have been really bloated this passed couple of weeks. I have had nothing but bfn but feeling really tired , nauseous aswell as vomiting. Has anyone else ever had negative tests blood and urine but ended up being pregnant? All hell appreciated
