Hi all. I wondered if anyone has experienced pimples/spots on edge of top lip as a pregnancy symptom? It could be hormone related and AF is on way but because I've never had this before I'm curious. I'm in TWW ttc but we only managed to DTD once so not sure if it's worth having much hope!
