More negatives :( I already have a child which is reassuring I suppose (he was immediate though, very lucky I know!)
Normally I have some nice wine when AF comes, once it’s over (and often just before) have nice baths as I try to avoid that when pregnant.
Any other ideas? I probably eat too much chocolate anyway so maybe that’s something I need to give up. Same with coffee.
I try and appreciate another month giving focus to my son and he’ll be even more independent. Anything else anyone does?
