Implantation bleed or period or glitch?

Hi all, I'm asking for some advice even though I think I know the answer, but I just need someone to give it to me straight as I'm going round in circles in my head.

29th December I had a miscarriage at 9weeks pregnant, bled for 1 week, negative test after 2 weeks.

Period 28 days later. Normally have a 25day cycle, so a bit late but understandable. Lighter than normal I think but I normally use tampons and used a pad this time so difficult to compare fully.

Have had sex regularly in this cycle.

I've never tracked ovulation before but started on CD5 with the cheap Easy@Home sticks, always low, never got an LH surge. Started testing with ClearBlue digital on CD12 and it was low, then CD13 got a flashing face which never stopped (eventually gave up on CD23).

On CD19 in the evening I started bleeding very light brown blood. This lasted for 3 days, never needed a pad, just a liner, and mostly just when I wiped. Then it stopped and now nothing. Period due today, no sign of any blood but negative pregnancy test.

Have had some very mild symptoms, some light headedness that I had last time I was pregnant, some twingy pains, very very mild cramps and back pain the past two mornings. Sometimes I feel I am weeing more but I think my brain is clutching at straws now.

I've come to the conclusion that my cycle probably isn't back to where it needs to be and the light bleeding was a bit of a glitch but does anyone have any advice or similar experiences? I am so worried that I am 'broken' from my miscarriage, I wish I could have a crystal ball so I could just look into the future :(
