Very very early positive could it be twins??

Hi I've been tested since 7dpo and I was getting faint positives which is soooo early and then 10dpo clearblue digital came up pregnant 1-2 weeks
I've never tested positive this early before could this pregnancy be twins anyone have this also?

Clearblue 1-2 means you are around 3-4 weeks by LMP dates which is what the healthcare use, I also tested positive in all 4 pregnancies before 4 weeks and all single pregnancies.
