Tingly boobs 6DPO but also still BFing DC1

Has anyone experienced this, and been pregnant? I don't usually have tingly boobs. DD is 18 months old, and feeds once in the morning, once for her nap, and once to sleep at night. I don't think she takes much milk - mostly comfort sucking at this point.

I had this last month and wasn't pregnant. I think any symptoms before BFP are just normal progesterone related symptoms that seem more pronounced when TTC! From what I've read you wouldn't have any pregnancy related symptoms until implantation has occurred and you have enough HCG to show up on a pregnancy test if that makes sense.
