Could I be pregnant!? So confused

Hello. So on the 18th January 2022 I had a miscarriage I bled for 5 days. I had positive pregnancy test results all the way up till the 3rd February. On the 3rd I did 2 tests (different types) and they were both negative.
So today (10th February) I took 2 more tests (again both different makes) and both were positive.
Could I already be pregnant again?! We have been trying since 23rd January.
It just seems too soon but I've had negative ones so I know the hormones had basically left my body. Then week later positive again!
I know this sounds weird but could there have been hormones left in my body but not enough for a positive test and then get pregnant so it almost like adds on to the existing and shows up sooner?!?
So confused

It's unlikely, sorry. If you tested positive up until 3rd February, you couldn't ovulate in that time. And without ovulation you can't get pregnant.
So either the tests before 3rd February werde dodgy, or rhe ones you took now. Did the lines show up within time frame?

Not sure how to reply I'm new to this Confused yeah the positive results come up within minutes. Just done 2 more and same thing.

Is it possible the negative tests you did were faulty and you didn’t actually miscarry?

Are the tests getting darker each day ?
First day was today. Will do again in a few days. I took a early detection one which was quite dark. And 3 other tests which were faint. Will do them again tomorrow night and see if darker I think

Sensitive tests can pick up very low levels of hcg and some women can ovulate with very low levels so maybe you did ovulate earlier than you thought and this is a new pregnancy then! The test today deffo looks positive to me. I would call EPU they will be able to do blood tests etc to confirm x

If it’s darker that suggests a new pregnancy ( appreciate urine concentration, dye levels etc can make some difference) however, it seems hcg is increasing. The best thing is a hcg test 48 hours apart to see levels doubling. Best of luck op - let us know!

Congratulations! I was still getting a faint positive a few days ago but then the next day had very obvious symptoms of ovulation. I did a test today and it was negative, so I’m hoping I’m in with a chance to fall again quickly as you did!
