11DPO - AF due Saturday/Sunday should I take a FRER

Hi ladies

I think I ovulated around 29th according to the Clearblue Digital OPK.

That would make me 11DPO and my period is due Saturday or Sunday. I have tested negative today on normal tests, would you recommend testing on a FRER as I read some ladies have had false positives. I know it’s best to wait until AF is late, but I struggle with anxiety so would rather test when I can.

Anyone else in the TWW and due to test this weekend?

In the same boat… don’t do it!!! If it’s negative it won’t help. It won’t change how pregnant you are or are not.

Think of great things you can do instead of poas…. Text a friend, pull out some great photos on your phone to print them, take your or your friends dog, download a French app and learn French, do your pelvic floor exercises! Just don’t do it. Just wait until the weekend.

If you are going to do it, wait until the morning and do it with FMU, it'll be more accurate. I always say this to myself, then forget to do it on my first morning wee so I don't do the test. It's a blessing really because if I did the test I'd forever be looking for a squinted.
