18dpo and still faint

Hi! So I did a test at 15dpo, 1 day late, and I saw the faintest of lines so I tested the next day and it was the same. 16dpo was MAYBE the slightest bit darker and I got this at 18dpo yesterday. Does this look positive to say I'm so late? I'm 19dpo now and trying not to test for a couple of days! First pic is from 16dpo and the rest are from 19dpo

I’ve heard first response are really good maybe try one of those in case it’s the test itself not showing up properly

I’m sorry these don’t look positive to me. I’d recommend trying to use a different brand of test. Fingers crossed for you.

There is a very faint line, are you sure you're 18dpo or could you have ovulated late?

beanchopper17 · 05/02/2022 23:26

Are these called one step or something similar? If so these are terrible at always being faint.

When I fell pregnant in 2019 I bought one step (or whatever they are called) from the £1 shop and it was a really faint line for about 2 weeks (other brands were stronger lines) so I went to have bloods and my hcg was about 512, I was about 6weeks pregnant!

I highly recommend trying another brand!

It's definitely possible, I've been taking it easy this month and not really tracking much, just going off what my app says as its very very rarely wrong! X

Hi, I've been using the clear and simple ones, 3 for £1, I was considering doing a digital but I think I'm scared in case it's negative 😅

@Minimee2408 try another brand, easy@home are quite good (from Amazon) as I know digitals can be super pricey for 1. Also easy@home are quite sensitive so should get a clearer line 🤞🏻
