Worried about line progression (again) 17dpo

So I promised myself I would stop testing but the control freak in me wants to know and so I tested again and at 17dpo my line seems to be getting lighter than 14dpo.
I have no symptoms apart from backache.
Had a MC before and I know this is not a good sign... but also know that the only reliable way to know is a blood test.
Thing is I have asked my DH to buy 20 tests. So if now I tell him I want blood tests he will think I have gone mad.

Did you experience lines getting lighter after your missed periods?

Would love to see other people s line progression ...

I am really anxious 😟

The last one is today. Same brand as 13dpo. Looks exactly the same...
Will repeat this afternoon and see...

I honestly don't think testing after the positive is a good idea. I think it will drive you mad and each day you just obsess more. It depends how much water etc and lots of things.

What will be will be I would throw the tests out and just try to enjoy it xxx

Hey @SunnySideUp2020

Didn't want to read and run... from my experience these tests are a bit notorious in showing the darkness of the lines. Maybe try a digital weeks one to put your mind at ease?

SunnySideUp2020 · 05/02/2022 09:56

@Diamondbabe i totally agree with you and hate myself for even having gone down this road.
It doesn't change the outcome.
I am really tempted to just throw them all out...

@Coastaldreamer
I did cn digital and got 1-2 on 30th jan and 2-3 on 2nd Feb. I was planning on doing my last one on Monday or Tuesday.

Honestly throw them out you'll be so msuch happier.

It won't prevent anything and the anxiety isn't good for you mumma.

You're pregnant, enjoy it! Chuck them away go for a walk today and grab a coffee xxx

Fupoffyagrasshole · 05/02/2022 10:13

Please stop - throw them in the bin!! Do something else to distract yourself

🙈 easier said then done I know but it’s just unnecessary stress

SunnySideUp2020 · 05/02/2022 10:25

You are right. I can't stand the stress and I have my DD to look after...
Whatever happens happens!
Will bin all these tests. They are the devil honestly.
Thank you for the replies!

If you're really that worried and cant stop worrying, ask to have your bloods done? Then you'll have more of a definite answer?
Tests are probably the most unreliable way of measuring your HCG going forward and as you say they're causing you so much stress, and you don't need that right now ❤️
I've had a chemical myself so I completely understand
They're all positive, and that's the main thing!
Sending love OP ❤️
