16 dpo, faint positive but AF cramps?!

Hello, this is our first month TTC and today I am 16dpo, AF is a day late and I did a test and can see a faint line!
This evening I’ve been having cramps as though AF is about to show :( … I’ve had sore/tender breasts for a few days and a bit of dizziness but assumed it was pre AF feelings…I never imagined BFP on the first month!?

3 days ago I had really bad abdominal and back pain lasting about an hour and thought that was going to be AF…
But what do you guys think? Is that a BFP? Or are my cramps AF?

I was due on yesterday! I’ve got a digital one to take tomorrow but I’m worried about these cramps I’m having now…😐

Try first response, they're the best for a clear result. The digital ones aren't any more sensitive than standard blue dye tests.
I had cramps with both of my BFPs. On and off until around 8 or 9 weeks. I think it's everything stretching. I'm currently 16 weeks with DC2.

I’ve got a clear blue one I was going to try in the morning…is that any good?
I’m trying not to get my hopes up though!
