OPK question is this normal? Have I missed the peak?

Hey can someone take a look at my OPK chart? As you can see it has been rising slowly and suddenly got a low result this afternoon? I have tested around 1pm nearly every day. My app says I'm in my fertile window from today and I had a bit of EWCM this morning so expected it to be rising by now. Could I have missed it last night? I have only been testing once a day but was going to start testing twice today. Im only on cycle 1 so a newbie at this!

I've taken like 10 pictures in diggerent lighting to see if it goes up but it's sticking solidly at 0.05!

OPKs don't show quite what we'd expect. Lots of women don't get a gradually darkening line before their positive OPK test. The only one that matters is the one where you get a line as dark (or darker than) the control line.

Mine would tend to look fairly strong around day 10 then die right back to almost nothing for a couple of days and then a clear positive on day 13.

Until you find out what your pattern is, I'd suggest testing 3 times a day. Morning, afternoon, evening. If I had only tested first thing in the morning I would have missed mine, which tended to happen late afternoon (but one time happened in the middle of the night).

I'd agree with PP I've only started tracking cycles the last 2 and I've tested 3 times a day to get a better picture.

My LH surge tends to happen quite quickly over one day so if I only tested once I'd probably miss it

Hi @Cookiedough123 these were mine this cycle, I didn’t peak until cd16, mine were very faint up until about cd14 so you’ve still got time x

They look absolutely normal and the peak is definitely yet to come!

Keep testing 2-3 times a day now as you might get LH suddenly. I got it on CD21 suddenly out of nowhere.
