What do I do?

Hi all! I just finished what I thought was my period and might have been. It started Friday and gradually got pretty heavy for a few days. However, the past couple of days I have been having heartburn and an endless appetite. I have also been so so fatigued. I took a pregnancy test because my symptoms were so close to how I felt when I was pregnant with DS. I am attaching the test. I clearly see a line and it showed up within the time frame and now I am just a worried mess. Any advice? Tried to call the doctor, but they are currently closed.

OP you may never be told it's 100% ectopic because they may not find it on a scan. They will use your HCG levels and the absence of anything seen in your uterus to diagnose it as a pregnancy of unknown location. It is really dangerous and I do appreciate you're holding on to hope but please be careful.

@kirinm thank you so much, I will definitely be careful. My OB said that typically you can see something once your HCG is at 1100, so if I don’t see something at my screening on Monday, I will probably go ahead and get the methotrexate.

Well the doctor became pretty sure it was an ectopic as my levels hit 1500 and we still couldn’t see a single thing. At this point I should be at least 6.5 weeks, so clearly something was extremely wrong. Ended up getting the methotrexate. While my heart is broken over this, I am thankful to finally have clarity.
