Am I seeing things or can anyone see a really faint line?

Been TTC for years and after losing twins in 2020 I’ve given up all hope and then I see this today. Trying not to get my hopes up as all other pregnancies I’ve had a faint line after AF was due but this is 7 days before AF is due so 7 days post DTD. I know that time will tell and all that but when there’s that teeny tiny glimmer of hope you just need to know! Can anyone see the second line? Top test (green) is ovulation and bottom (blue) is HCG. Ovulation strip got lighter post ovulation and is now going darker again

Thank you everyone. Sadly I’m not too confident as this morning’s test looks much fainter and can only see it by squinting. Just when I was coming round to the idea of no babies this gets my hopes up and now it looks like it was for nothing 😢 Devastated!

It could be that you're more hydrated then yesterday! Keep testing and good luck

Thank you all, unfortunately I’m not pregnant and no sign of AF either ☹️ It’s so hard when you want something so badly and others around you are getting pregnant or giving birth and don’t actually want a baby. The hardest thing is that everyone seems to come to me to complain about getting pregnant accidentally even though they know how much I desperately want my rainbow baby. I think I need to have a few alcoholic drinks and ‘enjoy’ not being pregnant- if you know what I mean? Then once AF has finally arrived (this is sadly the norm for me with ridiculously long cycles!) I can be calm again and hopefully it’ll be the right time finally.

Did you put the ovulation strip close to the HCG strip ? This can cause the HCG strip to turn into a faint positive.

@2WWisHorrible those OneSteps are awful. I got a positive test with those and was super excited. Decided to test another with tap water and that was pregnant too! I recommend femometer tests for internet cheapies. They lack a bit of sensitivity so you'll not get an early positive on one but they have never told me I'm pregnant until I was!

Maybe try a FRER anyway? They're far more accurate that one step and that way you might be able to put your mind at rest. x

I don't recommend one step either. I got My BFP 8dpo with an FRER.. these are my one step the last couple of days I'm now 13dpo. They are only just picking it up. My FRER yesterday was almost as dark as the control line at 12dpo.
