Hi!
I’m 37yo ttc since July this year 1st baby.
This morning noticed a sharp rise in my bbt (higher than any in last 6 months) and wondered if anyone had seen similar or whether it’s just one of those things and nothing to get excited about 🧐

I don’t really have any other symptoms at all! Some mild random cramp like pains but nothing to write home about.

Am attaching premom chart and would be grateful if anyone could cast their eyes over it and share any wisdom😊

I have read that a triphasic chart (where temp rises again and stays high after the initial post ovulation rise) could be a possible sign of pregnancy. It could also just be a one off or for another reason ie illness, slept differently etc. See what it's like tomorrow, I have my fingers crossed for you!

Probably not a very helpful comment but I temped for 18 months when I was ttc my now daughter. I read a piece of advice that said that chart is only useful to reflect on at the end of a cycle, no one individual temp or day will tell you much. Fwiw, both times I've conceived my chart didn't have and dips or strong high temps suddenly.

It’s hard not to get excited about the smallest little thing but thank you for being honest. I shall watch and wait impatiently fingers crossed!
