Am I 12dpo or 14dpo? Please help!

Premom has me at 14dpo, AF was due on Friday past.
I have attached a picture of my opk.

Usually I have a two day high.
Last month was the same as this month with several days. Last month my AF came as expected on 12dpo. This month I'm still waiting.

If you can help me establish my peak my AF comes the same day, two weeks later x

Sorry, I should add that yesterday FRER and premom hcg was negative.
I also had cramps and back ache, no AF 🤷‍♀️

I would be due my baby on today, I miscarried in June x
