Hi guys

My first time posting on this forum. I’ve been trying to for a baby for the past year and no result yet. Anyways long story short I had hormone test done at the GP and it came back satisfactory and no action needed. I’m little bit suspicious cause it was suppose to come back normal and there might be tiny something wrong. At the same little relieve as satisfactory is way better than abnormal and the doctor still referring me. Little info about me: my cycle is normal 26-28 days. So since I was from work the past few weeks due to Christmas holiday and not stressing over work. I start putting more effort in to baby making and doing the deed consistently during My fertility day according to my cycle. It has been a week and something since my estimate conception date. And I’m starting to have crazy smell around the house. My billow smells, my duvet smells and everything smells even though I have cleaned and changed everything and sprayed the house with air fresheners. The smell is giving me a headache and little bit nauseous not so bad and it doesn’t make me vomit.

Pss I had Covid 6 month back and my sense of smell is not fully back and this smell is annoying me since I don’t usually have it unless I smell weed or or something really rotten. I don’t have this crazy chemical smell that I can’t even recognize. My house is fully cleaned so I know it’s not coming from there.

So my question was if I whine had experience this before and things it’s first weeks of pregnancy and my sense of smell is Heightened or I am going crazy with the whole of this fertility and conception issues.

Sorry if I didn’t make sense and babbling not really good at posting forums.

I knew I was pregnant with DD2 with my DHs breath made me feel sick (there’s nothing wrong with his breath!) it’s very common OP but it will pass.

It’s really common! Your sense of smell is really heightened. I had a gas engineer out for a minor leak and he looked at me and said: “Pregnant women always detect the minor gas leaks!” :)

Congratulations!

I smelled
My husband in a musky strong way when pregnant. It was one of my first signs .I miss it!

One of the first signs for me, every time I was pregnant.

Massive symptom for me , banned dh from garlic and onion eating as could smell it from far away. It’s like you get a smelling superpower ! I especially noticed it in the first trimester
