10DPO 3 days of cramping, now spotting?

From 7dpo ive been having some cramping on and off, just slight and sometimes feels more like a tummy ache but other times like light period cramps.

Got a BFN with FMU on FRER, and just had a spot of blood when I wiped.

Usually, i would cramp maybe the day or night before my period, but not 3 days! Is this a good sign?

I should point out I had a full on "period" last cycle and only found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks then went on to miscarry the next day. I have a short luteal phase and AF is due today. Does this mean anything? lol Confused

It might be implantation bleeding. If it is, it won't show on a test for about 48 hours.
