I received an early Christmas present of a BFP

I would like to give away my Ava fertility tracker to someone on this forum who has been trying for a while, to wish them good luck for the new year. I saw an earlier thread of someone who did this and decided when I bought it that I would do it too.

I only ended using it for four or five days, as I received it mid-cycle. So it's basically brand new.

I’m due AF on Christmas Day (how festive), I would love it and will do the same when I get my BFP - share the luck and love around 💕. There will be lots of ladies who have of course been trying for longer though, I totally understand xx

What a lovely thing to do, and congrats on the BFP 💖 would be interested in knowing how you found it as have been looking at them myself, we're month 2 ttc again after having to terminate for medical reasons in September, took us 7 months initially so we're a year since starting ttc last December! Have been temping but not sure how this compares?

@Bellesjp So sorry to hear of your termination for medical reasons. I had a MMC at ten weeks in the summer and can only imagine how heartbreaking a TFMR must be. On the Ava: to be honest, I don't think I used it long enough to be able to judge. It's nicely designed and comfortable to wear. I'm not sure whether it's more accurate than temping if you're able to follow all the temping rules like waking up at a particular time every day etc, but more convenient if not. And you do have to remember to charge the Ava. I forgot one night and didn't realise so lost that night's data.

They do sound good, temping stresses me out trying to remember to do at the same time and I don't sleep very well since what happened so wondering if it might be better! Will see how we get on in the next few months I think then maybe go for it!
