Boobs and nipples hurt, but not to touch?!

I am probably majorly symptom spotting here at 12DPO, but for the last two days I keep getting really painful boobs and nipples and they keep going all tingly, but when I physically prod or poke them they don’t hurt. Only way I can describe it is like having a belly ache, but in my boobs! Sometimes it’s one or the other or sometimes it’s both at the same time, but they don’t actually hurt when I touch the skin.
Has anyone else had this? Could it be a possible symptom or am I just going mad? X

You need to do a test! An FRER should give you an answer... good luck!

@Squiff70 I don’t dare period is due Monday so I’m going to try and wait until it’s late as I’m usually like clockwork. I told myself I wasn’t going to test early again because the disappointment of a BFN is so much worse for me than AF arriving.

Understood. Your choice of course. I found out I was pregnant last weekend and my boobs are on fire so you have my sympathy (whether or not you have conceived).
