Does your husband/partner take any supplements (or vitamins etc) to help with TTC?

I'm planning on trying for a baby with my DP in early January. I'm taking a daily multivitamin myself. I am wondering if there is anything worth taking for men specifically? DP is very fit and healthy, late 20s. I've heard about stuff like CoQ10, zinc and selenium but not sure if it's worth the money. Also, are there any other lifestyle changes worth doing for TTC other than not drinking or smoking (which he doesn't do anyway)?

DH takes the wellman conception vitamin tablets. We asked at the fertility clinic and the nurse practitioner told us this was sensible.

Hope your TTC journey is fruitful OP 💐

He may have done if it was taking a while but everything worked out fine and we conceived on the second cycle.

IMO tracking ovulation will increase chances of success much more than supplements.

@ttcsupplements hi! My DP already takes Flo radix and Vit D, we added in CoQ10 and Zita West Pre Conception Vital DHA a few months ago because we are now on month 8 of TTC number #1. Never anticipated it taking so long.

Me and my husband both took the pregnacee his & her conception tablets...we started these a couple of months before trying to conceive so that there in ur system...we conceived within 2 months but I did also use the clear blue ovulation tests as I had no idea when I was ovulating...then throughout my pregnancy I took the pregnacare original tablets xx

Zinc and selenium are worthwhile taking (our doc recommended OH did) and from memory they're quite cheap. Coq10 is better in the form of ubiquinol but I took that myself and skipped OH as it was too expensive 🤣

DH just continued taking his normal daily multivitamin (not specifically labelled as for TTC) and I just took folic acid. Conceived quickly both times.

I'm not sure vitamins would make a significant difference if he's in good health and has a varied diet but on the other hand, I don't suppose it can hurt
