Pregnant after a chemical

Hi everyone,
So last month on the 14th Nov I found out I was pregnant. I tested early, the lines were very faint so did a digital it took forever but came up as pregnant. Then two days later I started to bleed. The doctors said there was no HCG in my bloods so I was no longer pregnant. All month I've been following threads on here, trying to get my head around it.
Fast forward to this month, I had a gut feeling but I waited until the fay my period is due baring in mind my period is usually a day or two early.
Still no period. I've have just tested, I got my BFP!!
The lines are super strong and the digital came up straight away and I've tested in the evening!!
I just wanted to write this to give a little hope. It is possible to conceive straight after a chemical pregnancy!
Spreading baby dust to you all x

Thank you for this ❤️ I had a chemical in October which broke my heart, I'd been getting strong positives for a week, and then the lines started to get lighter until I started to bleed about 4 days late. We tried last month, but I think my hormones were all over the place, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this month.

Best of luck with your pregnancy

Thank you so much @ALDTTC can I ask did you ov around your usual date? I had a chemical last month at 5 weeks, it threw me but trying to stay positive but also not get my hopes up this month, it's really hard. If going by my usual dates I should ov on Thursday but I don't have my usual signs so feel it's going to be a bit later this month.
Wishing you all the best with this pregnancy!

I was going to ask the same question @lionsmum - I'm in the cycle after a cp and I think I'm ovulating a week later than usual... 🤷‍♀️

@Radrose it's so hard. I was quite upset last month, even though I had t known long! I just searched and searched all month for answers. Thank you so much, hoping this one sticks ♥️ wishing you all the luck for this month! 🤞🏽♥️

@lionsmum @Shortmamashortcycles
I don't track my cycles properly really, I use the health app on my iPhone which predicts parts of my cycle that's it.
For me as I tested early my bleeding started around the time I would of been due to come on anyway, so I just took it as "my usual cycle" kind of thing. But with reading a few of these groups I wasn't sure whether it would all change due to the chemical pregnancy so to be honest this month we just dtd quite regularly throughout.
Hoping this one sticks! I'm happy but also a little worried just because of last time but I'm sure that's normal. I was going to avoid testing for another week just incase but I couldn't resist!

@Shortmamashortcycles I'm with you, CD20/21, it's not exactly much later than usual but I ovulate quite late in my cycle anyway. Where are you at the moment? It's so hard not to get hopes up after reading stuff about being more fertile after a cp etc😩
