faint positive last night now bleeding and cramps??

last night i took a test and i got a faint positive but it’s definitely there, today i’ve had fairly bad cramps and pink blood ( light bleeding with discharge too but no different than normal) i’m in quite a lot of pain and i’m starting to worry as the other test i’ve taken is negative :( i’m starting to worry that im miscarrying. i’m taking another one with fmu tomorrow please help😭

not to mention we’ve been trying for about 9 months and this is our first positive we were so happy to see it😭😭

Sorry to hear this. I haven't been in this situation but didn't want to read and run. Hopefully someone else can give good advice but I would imagine this early all you can do is wait it out, which I know will be awful. But hopefully in a day or two it will be clear if it's a strong positive and whether or not you're still bleeding. How many DPO are you?
