Falling pregnant after hycosy?

Has this happened to anyone? I've heard it boosts fertility for a few months. My test came back normal. How true are these rumours? Don't want to get my hopes up!!

Didn’t work for me but it isn’t just a rumour, it’s something my gynae said might help.

Basically if the problem is the egg or sperm or hormones, a hycosy won’t help.

If the problem is that sperm is fertilising egg just fine, but then implantation just isn’t happening, a hycosy might do the trick. I do know someone it worked for, turned out they had a weird bit of tissue in the womb and once the hycosy removed that, everything was fine.

@Skysblue ahhhh okay. That makes sense. We have unexplained infertility so we have no idea if the hycosy will help after the info you just told me. Due period on Xmas day so guess we will have to wait and see! Thank you for replying x

It didn't work for me and I ended up with ivf. But I do think an endometrial scratch worked for me (just gut feeling so take it as you will)
Might be worth looking at the scratch before any ivf or IUI (eg have a scratch and try yourselves for a few months)
I was also unexplained secondary I fertilty and I think the scratch refreshes my womb ready for implantation 😂

Didn't work for me but know of two friends that it did work for and gynaecologist did mention that it could help.

Heard that but it didn't work for me.

It worked for me currently pregnant. Also worked for my friend. We both fell pregnant the month after the hycosy test .good luck

Worked for me, and when I told the consultant she said that anecdotally she'd heard it could help.
